Users can follow the following 6 steps instructions:-
Step 1- Click on 'Special'
Step 2 - Select 'Settings'
Step 3 - Click on 'Hosts'
Step 4 - Do not change the 'Incoming mail POP3 settings'
Step 5 - In the box ' Outgoing mail SMTP settings' enter 'relay.netaway.com'
Step 6 - Enable SMTP authentication.
Step 7 - Now Select 'Menu Special', then 'Settings', then 'Personalities' and then 'New'.
Step 8 - Configure a new personality with the NetAway Outgoing Server "relay.netaway.com" in the SMTP-field, please use your NetAway loginID (username without the @NetAway.com) and password.
Step 9 - Then only use this personality to send mail.
To test your amendments, please email test-support@NetAway.com and it will auto reply if the email has been received correctly.
